Well, Last Night finally published on Amazon, but for some reason my very carefully formatted paragraph indents did not come through correctly, so everything is flush left. I can’t believe it. Over on the KDP boards, everyone complains because Amazon forces a paragraph first-line indent on their books, and I can’t get mine to come through. They show fine in Word, and if I export to HTML they show fine on a web page, but in the Kindle book they simply aren’t there. I’m not even sure what to fix since they show fine in all other formats. So, my task for today is clear, even though muddy. No panic today, just frowns.
